Ethical leadership is a critical factor in shaping organizational culture, fostering trust, and enhancing employee performance. Leaders who exhibit ethical behaviors, such as integrity, fairness, and accountability, create an environment that motivates employees to perform at their best.

The telecommunications industry in Nigeria has experienced significant growth, driven by advancements in technology, increasing mobile penetration, and a competitive business landscape. However, the industry also faces challenges such as high employee turnover, performance management issues, and ethical dilemmas. In Bauchi State, telecommunications companies must navigate these challenges while maintaining high performance standards. This study investigates how ethical leadership influences employee performance in the telecommunications industry in Bauchi State.
